We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  2. Incorrect product received (wrong item or quantity).

  3. Expired product delivered.

  4. Package tampered or seal broken at the time of delivery (must be reported immediately).

To be eligible for a return:

    • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

    • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, seals, and labels intact.

    • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.


โŒ Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

    • Opened or used products.

    • Products with tampered or broken seals.

    • Free samples or promotional items.

    • Items not purchased through our official website.

To initiate a return:

    • Order ID

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging (in case of damage/defect)

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

  3. If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup (where available) or provide return instructions.

  4. Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return and refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

    • Payment Method: Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, bank transfer, etc.).

    • Processing Time: Refunds are usually processed within 7โ€“10 business days from the date of approval.

    • Shipping Charges: Original shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

In case of a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability). Replacement orders will be processed once the original item is returned and verified.
